Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of unscented powdered gelatin (10 g)
• 3 tablespoons of skimmed milk (30 g)
• 1 capsule of activated carbon

Preparation

• Pour the gelatin into the bowl and add the skim milk.
• Mix the ingredients with a wooden or silicone spoon until smooth.
• Place the mixture in a microwave oven and heat it for 15 to 20 seconds.
• Remove from microwave and add charcoal.
• Continue mixing, then let stand for 5-10 minutes.
• When you notice that the mask turns into a thick black paste, it is ready to be applied to the face.

• First, clean your face with a damp towel and neutral soap.
• When the face is clean and without makeup, apply the mask to the areas you want to clean (forehead, nose, cheeks, etc.).
• Use a brush to spread it easily and apply a thin layer.
