Pancakes With Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour (45 g)
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (15 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)

Preparation

  • For starters, beat the eggs and salt well. For a more homogeneous mass, use an electric mixer.
  • You will then need to add sunflower oil and continue whipping for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Then you need to sift the wheat flour and baking powder.
  • In the next step, pour in a glass of milk and beat everything again, making sure that the mass does not have any lumps.
  • After completing the previous steps, you will have a sufficiently homogeneous mass to be able to use it for further preparation.
  • It should be put in the refrigerator for a maximum of 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • After the indicated time has elapsed, you can start frying the pancakes.
