Stuffed chicken – step by step

Ingredients

  • 1 container of cream (250 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (15 g)
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (approx. 900 g)
  • 10 slices of bacon (about 300 g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of butter (30 g)
  • 4 toothpicks

  • First, wash and dry the chicken thoroughly.
  • Remove any skins and leave only the white part of the meat on the wooden board.
  • Then, in a medium bowl, combine the ingredients: 6 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp chopped onion and garlic.
  • Use a wooden spoon, mix and make sure the mass is homogeneous.
  • Divide the cheese mixture into 4 parts, one for each serving of chicken.
  • First of all, put an extra portion of cream cheese and a portion of the cheese mass in the center of each breast.
  • Now you need to wrap the bacon strips of the stuffed breasts and close the meat with a toothpick.
  • Finally, put them in a preheated to 175 ° C oven for about 30 minutes. If you notice that the bacon is already crunchy and the breasts are baked, reduce the baking time.
