  • 1 carrot (10 g)
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 large potato (30 g)
  • 1 medium onion (40 g)
  • Vegetable oil (to taste)
  • 1 cup of chicken stock (250 g)
  • 1 cup of white wine (100 ml)
  • 4 chicken breast fillets (400 g)
  • 2 peppers, red and green (30 g)

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables (green peppers, red peppers, carrots and onions) into small pieces. Slice the potato in the same way (wash and peel it first).
  2. Once you have cut all your vegetables, sprinkle them with salt so they don’t lose too much water in cooking.
  3. Pour some oil into the pot, add the vegetables and sauté them.
  4. When they soften a little, add the chicken stock and a glass of white wine. You can use ready-made broth or make it at home:
